- ask TTV about the processing of your personal data, including to request access to your personal data;
- to request a copy of any personal data that you have provided to us (where we are processing your personal data on the basis of your consent); and
- request the correction of the personal data that TTV holds about you,
by sending an email via the details set out in the ‘Contact Us’ section.
Where you are given the option to share your personal data with us, you can always choose not to do so.
This could mean that we are unable to perform the actions necessary to achieve the purposes of processing described (see ‘Purposes of Use’) or that you are unable to make use of the services offered by us. After you have chosen to withdraw your consent TTV may be able to continue to process your personal data to the extent required or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
